Daß es in der Spätphase der DDR neben den offiziellen Bilderfabriken von Babelsberg (DEFA) und Adlershof (Fernsehen) auch eine lebendige filmische Subkultur gegeben hat, ist noch immer weithin unbekannt.

La base du film est une histoire d´enfance d`un palestinen, dans laquelle l´enfant devient envidieu de tortues. Ils lui semblent si bien protegées. Il leur declare la guerre. Cette narration est contrastÈe par les commentaires fachés d`un israelien. Il pretende de ne pas avoir peur des attentats terroristes. Et il s‘ennerve contre sa petite copinne allemande qui veut l´interviewer la-dessus.
